Who pays for samples and courier?

Sample and courier costs are charged at cost, or by the factory if agreed. We consolidate shipments to keep courier costs down.

Can you test samples?

We check dimensions, finish and basic function ourselves, and arrange lab tests with accredited labs when a standard requires it.

How many rounds should we expect?

Two or three for most products with a clear specification. A written change log usually saves at least one round.
